Where is my order?

VIA EMAIL: You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information and link to track your order in real-time. 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 9am MT are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays.

We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. 

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away, so we are unable to accept changes to an order once it's been placed.

How will my package be shipped?

We use UPS, USPS, and DHL for domestic Standard Shipping. 

To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.

What are my shipping options if I live outside of the U.S.?

At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the U.S.

My tracking says that my order is being returned to the sender. What can I do?

If your tracking shows that your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address with a second shipping fee.
